§ 35.45 FIRE CHIEF; INTEREST IN CITY CONTRACTS.
   Until such time as a Municipal Fire Department is established as provided for in the Charter, § 6.03 Fire Department, a person appointed Fire Chief by the City Manager, with the consent of City Council, shall be considered an official and restricted from having an interest in city contracts.
