(A) It shall be unlawful to wilfully and without authority injure or remove any property under the control of the Water Superintendent, or interfere in any way with the operation, construction or repairing of the water system or operate any valve or hydrant connected thereto, or unlawfully enter any building or structure of the water system.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person without authority of the City Council to lay any main or service or take water from the city main or service pipe.
(C) Any person who shall violate a provision of this chapter, or who shall interfere with the execution of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to law.
