§ 51.11 SHUT OFF OF WATER.
   (A)   The Council reserves the right at any time to shut off the water for the purposes of extending, replacing, repairing or cleaning the mains or appurtenances and the City Council shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom. No claim shall be made against the city by reason of the breaking of any service pipe or connection.
   (B)   For a violation of the rules and for non-payment of any of the charges herein enumerated, the city reserves the right to shut off the water upon 10 days mailed notice. After the water has been shut off on account of non-payment of charges or violations of rules, it will not be turned on again until all charges, penalties and fines are paid, together with the expense of shutting off and turning on the water, and no water shall be furnished to any person who is indebted to the city. Charges shall be deemed unpaid and subject to water shut-off if the account remains unpaid after 30 days from the mailing date of the last water bill.
