§ 51.08 REFUSAL OF WATER SERVICE.
   The city reserves the right to refuse water service to any person, firm or corporation if, in the opinion of the City Council, use of the water system or the resultant sewage effluent from any premises shall in any way damage or overburden municipal water and sewer facilities.
