§ 151.40  TEMPORARY AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT SIGNS.
   (A)   In addition to the requirements for all signs as  indicated in §§ 151.30 through 151.34, all  temporary and future development signs must receive a variance as indicated in § 151.51.
   (B)   Signs will be removed upon substantial completion of the project, occupancy, or if building construction, exclusive of site work, is not commenced within 12 months of application for a sign permit.
