(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter and any person, firm or corporation failing to conform to any of the provisions of this chapter, or failing to obey any order of the Building Official of the city, issued in pursuance of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500. Where such violation is of a continuing nature, each day such person, firm or corporation violates any such provision, or fails to conform to any of the provisions of this chapter or any such order of the City Building Official, shall be deemed a separate offense.
