The design review
must select one of two design review tracks: (1)
standards track or the (2) design guidelines track. Depending upon the tract and specific characteristics of the project, these are reviewed under a Type II or Type III procedure, as described below.
A. Track 1 –
Standards. shall be reviewed under a Type II or III procedures as outlined below:
1. Type II Review. The is the review authority for the following Track 1 – Design Standards :
a. Commercial alterations, remodels, renovation and
