§ 17.8.535 OFF-STREET LOADING SPACE.
   A.   Required.  or to be built or substantially altered which receive and distribute material or merchandise by truck shall provide and maintain off- loading and maneuvering space in accordance with the requirements of Table 8-6.

Any area to be used for the maneuvering of delivery vehicles and the unloading or loading of materials shall be separated from designated off- parking areas and appropriately designed to prevent the encroachment of delivery vehicles into off- parking areas or into public .
