A. All uses providing drive-in service as defined by this Code shall provide on the same
a reservoir for inbound vehicles as shown in Table 8-5.
B. Minimum required reservoir space may be decreased based on the following criteria:
1. Will not result in undue
congestion;
2. Will not result in traffic hazards on the

3. Will not result in an undue reduction in the availability of on-site or on-
parking.
C. Modifications to this section may be authorized by the Planning Director; unless the
is under review by the Planning Commission or the Design Review Commission, in which case the Planning Commission or the Design Review Commission shall consider the request for modification.
D. Article 2 procedures and criteria for Adjustments and Variances shall be applicable to a request for modification of the reservoir requirements.
