§ 151.045 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PIPELINE. All types of underground installations, including cables and conduit.
   STREET. Any public street, public sidewalk, or public place.
