1329.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which noncompliance continues past the time for compliance specified in the notice provided for in Sections 1329.02 and 1329.03 .
