(A) City Council hereby designates Center Street as a timed parking area in which a limit is established for the duration of time a vehicle may be continuously parked.
(B) It shall be unlawful to stand or park a vehicle in any public parking space on Center Street for longer than two hours between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(C) The penalty for parking beyond the allowed time limit shall be $60 as described in § 72.17(A)(5).
