§ 93.99 PENALTY.
    Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 93.01 or 93.02 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 but in no circumstances shall a person violating any provision of §§ 93.01 or 93.02 be punishable by a fine less than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
