Violation of this ordinance is a civil infraction. Any person, or any person acting on behalf of another person violating any of the provisions of this article shall upon being found responsible be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), unless such fine is suspended, reduced or waived in the discretion of the Court due to the most grave injustice. Violations of this article may subject the violator to injunctive relief. Each day that a violation of this article is continued or permitted to exist without compliance shall constitute a separate offense.
