§ 12-87 MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES.
   The applicant shall maintain the premises in a safe and sanitary condition. The applicant shall not allow combustible materials to accumulate upon the premises, and shall comply forthwith with the requirements of officials of the Fire Department, the Department of Public Works and Utilities and the Police Department of the City of Flint.

§ 12-88 ERECTION OF BUILDINGS, SIGNS AND THE LIKE.
   The applicant shall erect temporary buildings, signs and other structures only in accordance with the requirements of the Building and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Flint.

§ 12-89 INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND APPARATUS.
   The applicant shall install electrical devices and apparatus only in accordance with the provisions of the Electrical Code as amended, of the City of Flint.

§ 12-90 INSPECTION OF PREMISES; EFFECT OF FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   The locations upon which Christmas trees are sold or distributed shall be inspected for the purpose of determining whether there has been compliance with the provisions of this ordinance. Upon ascertaining that there has been failure to comply with any of such provisions, the applicant shall forthwith discontinue operations and shall resume operations only upon compliance herewith. Failure to thusly comply shall subject the applicant to the penalty provisions hereinafter set forth.

§ 12-90.5 PENALTY — DESIGNATION AS MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION.
   Any person, association or corporation found in violation of § 12-82 shall be found responsible of a municipal civil infraction pursuant to §§ 1-10 through 1-21.

ARTICLE XII. SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF COAL AND COKE
§ 12-91 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall bargain, sell, contract for or deliver coal or coke, at retail within the City of Flint without first having obtained a license so to do, as hereinafter set forth, and without complying with the provisions of this ordinance.
