§ 9-27  SELLING, RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTING FOR EXHIBITION WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF THAT PURPOSE.
Keepers of nonhuman primates are not to sell, resell or otherwise distribute these animals for exhibition purposes without clear evidence that they will be used as a bona fide exhibit.  The intended recipient’s possession of an animal exhibitor’s license, as issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is considered some evidence of this purpose.
