§ 9-21  STORAGE AWAITING SALE OR SLAUGHTER.
   No person or persons shall offer for sale or hold for slaughter, at the City Market or at any stand, shop or store any fowl without providing suitable racks, crates or cages in which the fowl may stand while awaiting sale or slaughter.
