§ 9-14.1 ISSUANCE OF APPEARANCE TICKET TO COMMENCE PROSECUTION FOR VIOLATION.

A prosecution for a violation of this ordinance may be commenced by the issuance of an appearance ticket. The individuals designated as Enforcement Officers by the Chief Administrative Officer shall have the authority to issue appearance tickets for violations of this ordinance.
