§ 6-1  ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEFINED.
   ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.  For the purposes of this chapter, the term shall have the same meaning as provided in MCLA 436.1 through 436.58 (Act 8, P.A. 1933, the Michigan Liquor Control Act).
