In addition to the parking lot development standards of this ordinance, an applicant for a change in zoning to “P” shall submit with the rezoning application a site plan developed pursuant to the requirements of § 50-8.3. This site plan shall become an integral apart of the rezoning application but shall not require review and approval by the City Council.
