§ 1-163 TEMPORARY OMBUDSMAN; COMPENSATION.

A temporary Ombudsman shall be compensated on a per diem basis at the same level as the Ombudsman. When the Ombudsman is reinstated, the salary of a temporary Ombudsman shall terminate immediately. The payment of any benefits for a temporary Ombudsman shall terminate on the last day of the month in which the Ombudsman is reinstated.
