All persons and entities supporting or opposing candidates for office under the Charter of the City of Flint shall be required to file with the City Clerk a copy of any report they are required by statute to file with the County Clerk which involves the City candidate. The report shall be filed with the City Clerk no later than the day it is due to be filed with the County Clerk.
