Any word or words used in any sign, display, business form or document, or advertising medium which indicates or tends to indicate that any person, firm or corporation is qualified to contract for, supervise, install, repair, replace, remove or service any water, sewer or drain which requires a permit and/or inspection from the direction of plumbing inspection shall be in violation of this article unless uttered, published or displayed by authority of a licensed or registered plumber or licensed water, sewer or drain layer whose place of business is known to and registered with the authority specified by the statutes of the State and this Code of ordinances of the City.
