Should any installation or part thereof, of any water, sewer or drainage system, necessitate the actual presence of the Plumbing Inspector, an Inspector from the Department of Public Works and Utilities or any other department throughout the installation process in order that proper inspection may be made, a fee may be charged, should the original cost of the permit be insufficient, at this rate, to cover the cost of this special service as well as the normal administrative service of Engineering, Building and Safety Inspections or any other department. The fee shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council, kept on file by the City Clerk, and contained in Appendix A of the City Code.
