§ 46-108  EASEMENTS FOR SEWERS.
   (a)   Unless a right-of-way or easement is recorded with the Genesee County Register of Deeds and is submitted to the Building and Safety Inspections Division, it shall be unlawful to install any water, sewer or drain from any building or premises on any adjacent property or premises, even though at the time of the proposed installation the adjacent properties are under common ownership.
   (b)   Any water, sewer and drain permits hereafter issued without such record of easement for installation shall be null and void, and installations made without such record of easement shall be removed in case of inability on the part of the person desiring right-of-way to secure an easement or right-of-way within 30 days after notice of violation.
