§ 46-106  PLANS REQUIRED.
   Every plot plan for industrial and commercial structures shall be sealed plans and shall have the location of the water, sewer or drain work to be done and shall show the location, size and depth of the City’s water and sewer mains. Plans which have been submitted and approved by Building and Safety Inspections and, if changes are made during construction of the water service, sanitary or storm sewer work which are not in substantial conformity to the approved plans, the general contractor and/or owner and/or supervising architect shall be in violation of this article until such time as amended plans showing the changes are approved by and placed on file with Building and Safety Inspections. Single- and two-family dwellings are not required to have aforementioned plans.
