§ 46-99 FRAUDULENT APPLICATION OF PERMIT ILLEGAL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to present any fraudulent information in making application for any permit from the Department of Engineering or the Division of Building and Safety Inspections. Furthermore, it shall be unlawful for the unauthorized use of the name of another person or company in order to secure a permit.
