§ 46-66  DETERMINATION OF QUANTITY OF WATER USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES BUT NOT DISCHARGED INTO SEWER SYSTEM.
   The quantity of water which a property utilizes is a manner adjunctive to residential use but which is not discharged into the City’s sewage disposal system shall be determined by measurement by a device installed and maintained without cost to the City by the owner of the property; provided, that no such device shall be installed or be used for that purpose without the approval of the Director of Public Works and Utilities as to the measuring device so employed and as to manner of installation.
