§ 46-57.2 INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM BILLING RATES.

In addition to any other charges provided for in this article, all commercial, small commercial and industrial users discharging wastes into the City’s publicly owned treatment works (POTW) shall be charged at the rate of $0.015 per Ccf of water.
