§ 46-49 DEVELOPMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT § 46-48.

   The City Administrator or department head designated by him or her shall develop rules and regulations for the implementation of the provisions of this provision set out in § 46-48 pursuant to Flint City Charter Section 1-801.
