§ 1-137 WAIVER OF RESTRICTIONS.

Unless otherwise prohibited by State law or the Charter, the City Council may waive any of the restrictions of this ordinance on a case-by-case basis for good cause shown after receiving the opinion of the Standards of Conduct Board.
