The parents, guardians or other persons having control of any minor child shall be held liable for the violation of any of the provisions of this article by any the minor child. The person owning or occupying any premises shall be held responsible for the acts of their servants and other persons employed by them or harbored by them in and about the premises for any violations of the provisions of this article.
