§ 46-23  REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR VIOLATION.
   Where any person is convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article, and at the time of the conviction holds a license from the City Council or any board of the City as a drain layer, sewer builder or plumber, the license shall thereupon be revoked without further action on the part of the City Council or board granting the same. It shall be unlawful for any person whose license is so revoked to thereafter tap or make any connection with any water pipes connected with the waterworks system until he or she shall have contained a further license from the proper board.
