§ 1-134 OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES NOT TO USE CITY PERSONNEL, RESOURCES, PROPERTY OR FUNDS FOR PERSONAL GAIN OR BENEFIT.

Every officer and employee shall use personnel resources, property, and funds under his official care and control solely in accordance with prescribed official regulatory procedures and not for personal gain or benefit.
