No person shall install or use, or permit to be installed or used any device in connection with any water service or water pipes connected with the waterworks system which may to the slightest extent pollute the water supply contained in the water pipes of the waterworks system by allowing water to flow into the same from the Flint River or from any other source, or by any other means.
