§ 46-11 DEFACING, DAMAGING OR OBSTRUCTING WATERWORKS SYSTEM.

No person shall deface, damage or obstruct or commit any act tending to deface, damage or obstruct in any manner any building, machinery, pipe, apparatus or other fixture connected with the waterworks system owned and operated by the City.
