§ 46-9  TAKING WATER FOR USE OTHER THAN THAT FOR WHICH PIPES WERE INSTALLED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or occupying any premises in the City connected with the water mains and waterworks system by service pipes, to take or use, or knowingly to permit others to take or use water from the water service pipes or mains for any purpose other than for use in connection with the premises for the services of which the water pipes or service pipes were installed.
