§ 46-6  FISCAL YEAR FOR WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.
   The water supply and sewage disposal system shall be operated upon the basis of a fiscal year beginning July 1 of each year and ending on June 30 of the following year.
