§ 46-1  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
   AIR CONDITIONING. The cooling or dehumidification, or both, of space for human occupancy at temperatures not less than 60°F through the use of water.
   AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATIONS. One or more air conditioning units, the water for which passes through a common water, whether or not the units are owned by the property owner, the tenant or both.
   WATER CONSERVING DEVICE. A cooling tower, spray, pond, evaporating condenser or other equipment by which water is cooled and recirculated, thereby limiting the use of water from the mains to the amount lost through evaporation and the initial filling of the installation.
