§ 42-43 “APPROACHES” DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   APPROACHES.  Either driveways or sidewalks built in the streets between the gutter line and the sidewalk line nearest the gutter line.
