§ 39-40  PLACING GARBAGE, OFFAL AND THE LIKE ON DUMPING GROUND PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed any garbage or offal or septic tank cleanings upon any dumping ground licensed under this article.
