§ 37-5  ATTACHMENT OF FIRE AND POLICE SIGNAL SYSTEM WIRE TO EXISTING POLES.
   The City shall have the right to place crossarms and pins or brackets for such fire and police telegraph, telephone or signal system wires as it may wish to place on any poles, the pole-owning company to have the option of reasonably determining how and where the attachments shall be made. The City shall also have the right to place and maintain fire, police signal and communication boxes on any pole under the supervision of the pole-owning company. The installation, maintenance and removal of the fire and police telegraph, telephone or signal system crossarms, pins or brackets, wires and signal boxes shall be under the supervision of the City’s department having jurisdiction over the attachments, and they shall at all times perform installations and repairs in accordance with rules and regulations of the Michigan Public Service Commission, and to the satisfaction of the pole-owning company. No person shall in any way change, connect to or interfere with the fire or police signal system wires or apparatus without first obtaining permission from the department having supervision over the signal systems.
