§ 37-4  INJURY TO DRAINS, PAVEMENTS AND THE LIKE, CAUSED BY INSTALLATION OF POLES; REMOVAL OF UNUSED POLES.
   If in the installation or replacement of poles any injury shall be done to drains, water pipes, sewers, gas pipes, ducts, conduit lines, conductors, pavements or sidewalks, the same shall be at once put in good condition as existed prior to the injury thereof, arrangement made for repairs and payments by the persons causing damages. Unused poles may be ordered removed by the City Council and in case of failure to obey the order within 30 days, the City Council may cause the same to be removed and charge the expense of the removal to the person owning the poles. This expense shall be paid upon demand.
