§ 1-5 REPEAL DOES NOT REVIVE ORDINANCE PREVIOUSLY REPEALED.

Whenever any ordinance of the City Council which repealed a former ordinance is repealed, such former ordinance shall not be revived by the repeal, unless there is express provision to the contrary.
