§ 31-41.2 PENALTY FOR § 31-41.1.

Any individual found guilty of a violation of § 31-41.1 hereof shall be subject to a penalty of up to ninety (90) days imprisonment and/or a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine, at the discretion of the Court.
