(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Any contractor who does work without registering and furnishing the certificate of insurance and bond with the Village Clerk shall be guilty of a violation of §§ 114.01 and 114.02, and shall pay a fine of $25 to the village. Each day worked shall be deemed a separate offense.
