§ 114.02 INSURANCE.
   (A)   In addition to registering with the Village Clerk, any contractor desiring to do work for residents in the village in connection with hooking up to said sewer shall, before commencing any of said work, furnish to and file with the Village Clerk a certificate signed by a reputable insurance company authorized to do business in the state showing that he or she has liability insurance currently in force in limits not less than $100,000 property damage liability and $300,000 bodily injury liability, together with a license or permit bond in the sum of $3,000 guaranteeing that the contractor will not violate any ordinances of the village.
   (B)   Before tapping into the village sewer system, the village must approve the contractor’s classifications, or the contractor must have a Illinois State plumbing license. Any contractor who is required to perform the tie-ins to the municipal water and sewer lines must have a Illinois State plumbing license.
