(A) All contractors, prior to working on any facet of any hook up for any person including, but not limited to, digging, furnishing tile, actual hook up to the sewer pipe, and any other phase of the work shall, prior to commencing any work for any person in the village, register with the Village Clerk.
(B) Said registration shall contain the contractor’s true name and address, his or her business address, his or her business name, whether or not he or she is incorporated, a partnership, or an individual proprietorship. Further, if the contractor uses an assumed name, the correct names and addresses of the real owners of the business.
(C) Each contractor shall pay a registration fee to the village in the sum of $25.
