§ 91.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined $60 for a first or second offense. Said fine shall be paid to the County Circuit Clerk. For a third or subsequent offense, payment may not be made to the Circuit Clerk, but must instead be determined by the court, and that fine shall not be less than $60, nor more than $200 for each offense.

      (2)   Any person paying a fine for no registration or no inoculation, must have the registration or inoculation done within 24 hours of payment of the fine or another citation will be written for the same violation.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating §§ 91.023, 91.051 through 91.055, 91.070, and 91.071 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
