(A) No animal owner shall allow his or her animal to defecate on public or private property within the village limits, except that of the animals’s owner. All violations of this provision must be removed immediately by the animals’s owner or possessor.
(B) No person may allow any area where animals are kept within the village to become offensive to a neighborhood, family, or person by reason of such activity.
